Brighton Animal Hospital was founded in 1928 by patriarch P. J. Callanan and Dr. Bourke, DVM. Thus began one of the most successful animal care facilities in the Boston area. As the years went by the sons Kevin, Tommy and Robert Callanan took over and continued the tradition. Over the years many of the Callanan family have worked and grown up surrounded by the city's pets. Now, the third generation of Callanans, Chris, Chad, Jon, Joseph, Neil, Monica and many other cousins, brothers, and sisters are proudly carrying on the tradition.
We invite you to be part of our family, let us provide the same care that you would expect for the ones you love and cherish.
The most modern, comfortable state-of-the-art Pet Care Facility in all of New England! After over 70 years of taking care of your family members, we are taking all of our best lessons learned, and putting them under one roof.
